Job Overview

Responsible for achieving the set objectives through journey plan adherence, MSL distribution, quality merchandising, expanding the customer base and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the Distribution Objectives by ensuring the availability and visibility of MSL products.
  • Achieve the revenue targets through proper planning, preparation and adherence to the journey plan and compliance to all KPIs
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments. Strict compliance to cash deposit procedures as specified by the company
  • Effective and accurate reports on
    • Daily Score Card
    • Daily Activity Report
  • Reduce damage & Expiry through FIFO and timely stock rotation
  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the van and the assigned assets
  • Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market intelligence.
